My long-term goal while my husband is away is to get our home re-organized and to be faithful with exercise and lose some weight. I need to lose about 35-40 pounds...but my biggest fear is his safety. I trust the Lord to keep him safe and bring him home in November back to our daughter and me. We are not connected to a base because he is a reservist so I wish I could find some ideas of some things to do when you don't have the camaraderie of other women who truly understand what it's like to be apart almost 7 months!
