My long-term goal while my husband is away is to get our home re-organized and to be faithful with exercise and lose some weight. I need to lose about 35-40 pounds…but my biggest fear is his safety. I trust the Lord to keep him safe and bring him home in November back to our daughter and me. We are not connected to a base because he is a reservist so I wish I could find some ideas of some things to do when you don’t have the camaraderie of other women who truly understand what it’s like to be apart almost 7 months!

It is definitely difficult. Trust is hard, especially when trust has been broken. But you have to be willing to trust again if the relationship is going to survive. My thoughts are with you.

I’m having a hard time with my deployment and being in a long distance relationship ESP. when you are not married. I want the attention he required. It’s touch, more so when there is a trust issue.
