		<description><![CDATA[I think I&#039;ll always be a fan of living off base. With BAH I can cover the rent, utilities AND internet and cable and phone which isn&#039;t covered on base. And it might seem like blasphemy, but I don&#039;t like shopping at the commissary or px.]]></description>
