Realty Coordinator

Veterans United Realty specializes in helping active duty and veteran military families be placed with real estate agents across the nation who know the unique benefits available to those who use the VA Loan option in the marketplace.

The Realty Coordinator position is responsible for managing and working with network agents. The network agents help buyers and sellers obtain contract as soon as possible, while working hand in hand with national lending companies who have partnered with Veterans United Realty. Real estate agents must meet certain criteria to participate in our program. This position will not be originating loans.


  • Assisting VA home buyers by pairing them with a trusted realty partner within the network.
  • Communicating with real estate agents throughout entire referral transaction for each file.
  • Communicate with Loan Officers throughout the home buying process and serve as liaison between real estate agents and clients.  Drive an increase referral business from loan officers.
  • Understands department goals, and sets individual WIG’s to focus on overall increase in conversions.
  • Manage monthly closings: complete paperwork and close out file.
  • Calling agents in database to discuss joining the realty network.

Necessary Skills: Results driven, strong follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, excellent with numbers and data

Job Requirements:

  • Real Estate License.
  • At least 4 years of realty transaction experience.
  • Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
