Chad Bowman
Branch Manager Chad Bowman proudly served four years in the Marine Corps infantry before graduating with honors from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He has been a VA Loan Expert since 2004 and opened the Austin branch of Veterans United Home Loans in January 2014. He is passionate about working with fellow Veterans and teaching VA classes to spread the correct information about utilizing VA loan benefits. Chad’s role on our team is promoting the VA loan benefit, being a VA loan resource for real estate agents and Veterans, and leading our team to the highest level of service for our Texas Veteran community.

Made the process very easy.
Overall the process was great. The team got me a preapproval letter quickly allowing us to get an offer in quickly on our new home. Only issue was some confusion on closing costs initially, but that was remedied quickly. I would recommend providing customers suggestions on how to reduce closing costs early in the process.
