Sarah Hill, Veterans United Chief Storyteller and Google Glass Explorer, recently hosted a hangout featuring the benefits of using Google Glass as a part of your real estate marketing strategy.
Sarah is joined in this video by Elizabeth Mendenhall, the CEO of RE/MAX Boone Realty and current National Association of Realtors regional vice president; Wendy Wiederhold, Director of Agent Relations at Veterans United Home Loans and Samantha Reeves, Senior Real Estate and Homebuying Expert at Veterans United. Here is a recap of highlights from the hangout.
Google Glass brings a distant buyer an up-close and personal view of a home, noting various details that they wouldn’t otherwise see. One of the great benefits of Google glass is that the buyer is seeing the property from the eyes of the agent in real time. The buyer can ask to see certain features in more detail or ask the agent to open a certain door or turn on a faucet.
Google Glass is a step above a video recording because each buyer can have an individualized tour of the home, focusing on the features that are most important to them. If you have any questions about glass, please don’t hesitate to comment below. You can also check out our previous post on Google glass for real estate agents.
