If you’ve ever heard a military service member say they were PCSing you probably know that it means they are going to need a real estate agent. PCS stands for a Permanent Change of Station and it means that the service member is being transferred from one duty station to another. Sometimes these are short moves, other times they are relocating all the way across the country.
As a real estate agent, it’s important for you to understand the unique challenges relocating service members face and how you can best serve them.
