Took much longer than they advised me. Rescheduled my move 3 times. Answered questions & supplied documents ...an unexpected & unending process.

I would rate it a 10 but there were times when I couldn't reach all the team members but all in all very courteous and a delight to deal with.

It was my first time buying a house. Veterans United Home Loan made the process from start to finish so easy to understand and follow. Everyone from the loan officer, realtor, financial specialist were always there if I needed answers for any questions I may have had. Great team, great experience overall.
Friendly and fast in doing service but later in the process we hit a snare..i was ready to give up but when clear communication was finally executed the team jumped right on it and made sure that if there was any lag time ...they made up for it...and blasted into rescue and made sure i was in process to close on my property....yes they are very good at what they do for veterans.

I enjoyed how quickly the process went, but employees need to work on communication. Multiple times when my paperwork was moving on to the next process. I had to call my Loan officer multiple times to get an update. I just feel that it is the loan officer's responsibility to get a hold of me and let me know things are still moving and are going well. Also never use the word feasible when talking about something was planned for a specific day. Feasible means possible or maybe not yes.
