If you are a Veteran and in need of a top-notched, professional, caring and understanding Loan Officer who really has your best interest and welfare at heart, then go with Mr. Shane Martin of Veteran's United. I did, and I am more than pleased with the results of my Initial and with my Refinanced Loan. By far, he's the best. Period!!!FG
If you need an organization that will make you realize your dream of owning your home with ease, please don't look elsewhere. Veterans United Home Loans is where to go.
Our attorney waited last minute to order title paperwork that delayed the process. He sent incorrect paperwork that was needed in a timely manner and due to waiting last minute on title paperwork was the largest factor in multiple delays since we had no time to make the proper corrections.

Very great bank to work with, very flexible and professional
A big Thank you to Veterans United for making our first home buying experience so much easier. Rett Thompson and Caytlyn Smith always kept us well informed about each step of the loan process. My Veterans United account web page was very user friendly and it did let us know exactly what we have to do at each step we take towards our home ownership. It was so much easier to upload supporting documents and e-sign various loan related documents through my Veterans United website. We had all the answers for our questions at our finger tips. We thoroughly enjoyed the having the luxury of texting our loan team about all the questions and concerns we had. They always replied us within minutes. From getting pre-approval to get clear to close it only took us 36 days. We are truly Thankful for Veterans United for making our first home buying experience such a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans for all the veterans for their future home financing needs
Jon and his team have been amazing! Thank you for everything!

It was a long process, patients is key but i promise you if all works out it will be worth it in the end. It is an amazing feeling when you sign the closing documents and get the keys to your new home. Veterans United got me there. To my team Bill Bales and Lauren Walters. I will forever be grateful. Thank you
Veteran's United did an amazing job helping my husband and I purchase our first home. The entire experience was easy. We didn't know what to expect, but the loan officer assigned to us was very helpful and was available for questions even when he was out of the office. We were treated as if we were the only clients that they had. Thank you Veteran's United for making our first home buying experience a great one!
Please give Veterans United a chance to work with you. It took me 2 years of hard work and waiting to get my va loan approved. Pay off as much debt as you can and try to improve your score up to 650 minimum. My Ch. 7 bankruptcy was final in September 2014 and 6 years later, I have a brand new house. Perseverance and good veterans organizations such as this one is all it takes to go from the pit of hell to rock bottom and then up to where you need to be, be free and live the American dream. We put our life on the line for America, the least we can get for our efforts is a slice of the American dream. I am 100% disabled all my friends are dead, I lost my mother, sister, brother and grandma recently but I will keep pushing forward while the sun still shines on my horizon.
