I felt throughout the process that transparency was an issue. Communication was lacking during the process and rather than realistic honest answers (which may not have been what I wanted to hear at the time) would have saved everyone involved much frustration.
They were kind and curteous,understanding,willing to help with making sure everything went well and in a timely manner
Wish I would have received the offer to pay my closing costs more than one day before closing.. Had to pay it myself.
No reflection on Collin. Laura asked realtor for answers that should have been addressed by Us (Borrowers), which resulted in delays. Too much repetitive paperwork. 4 closing dates B-4 final closing.

Didn't get a quote for Insurance.The agent called my fianc asking questions, she felt it best that he asks me directly. I emailed him to answer any questions that he may have, so that I could get a quote. He never called back.
