My only upset during this process occurred during my closing. We discussed several options regarding who’s name would be on the mortgage and who’s names were on the deed. We were reassured several times that it would not be an issue with just me being the borrower, and Me and my significant other on the deed. During closing, the Title company informed me that was not an option. I was informed the borrower and names on the deed had to match. I’m currently in the process of hiring another company to add my significant other on the deed for an additional $230. An unexpected expense.
Exceptional from beginning to end!
Great job John Sullivan !
Our experience was a good one. Nick and his team made everything run smooth.
This was the most well laid out home buying experience. With the "To-Do" list i knew what was needed because it had helpful examples and descriptions for each document. I was called promptly by my loan officer if anything was needed or something was updated and that caused a new document to be needed.
Great pricing, easy process, definitely kept me informed every step of the way.
I would not use any other company for veterans financing. We used this company for our new home and again for refinancing. They make what seems complicated very easy and seamless from start to finish.
See #1 and #2 above.
We are happy with Veterans United Home Loans and would us them again.
Buying a house is stressful enough without great support. Veterans United provides the best support for not only obtaining funding, but also by providing the best realtors to assist in your search.
We can't recommend VU enough to any veteran looking to purchase a home. The entire process is so efficiently streamlined. All the staff we interacted with were always open to any questions and willing to help. We closed on our home in 30 days and I don't think that would have been possible without Veterans United's help.
