This is my first house and I had no idea how how many moving parts there were. Starting with Brad, then Jamie, and finally Chad, the entire process was well explained and fairly easy to follow. The team was always available to answer my many questions and assuage my worry over potential problems. They consistently responded to calls and texts in a timely manner. I especially appreciated Chad and Jamie's guidance when we discussed interest rates and how that worked. All in all, I would highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking for a home. But working with VU completely changed that perspective—it was an unbelievably smooth and straightforward experience. My loan officer, Dustin Johnson, and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout every step. They always kept me informed, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I understood everything that was happening.Their professionalism and genuine care turned what could have been a nerve-wracking process into something I actually enjoyed. The only downside to closing on my house is that I won’t get to work with Dustin and his team on a daily basis anymore.
