There were a couple of times it was difficult to reach someone to speak to. But all in all, the team was very good.
Answered all questions I had and if they ever missed a call, they called back within a reasonable time. Never lied to me and explained anything that I was unsure of.

After being told no on VA loans thru other banks, Veterans United said let us try and they delivered. On top of helping us buy a house with 50% less down payment, they also cut our auto insurance in half.
They were sticklers on a number of items (e.g. a scan of a paper check that clipped off a sliver of one edge had to be rescanned), but overall it couldn't have gone more smoothly.

The only thing I would change about your process is to advertise the actual interest rates rather than the lowest that could be purchased with points, I found that misleading. Everything else was a really good experience.
This company is fantastic. They are on top of the VA loan system, they can answer any questions you might have and help you with all the finer details as the process moves from offer, to negotiation and closing. We couldn't be happier with our new home.
