I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. Being a Veteran I wanted to purchase a home. Not having the best credit score I tried anyway.I had the most wonderful team of financial personnel. Everyone was very nice, helpful and professional. They all made a normally stressful process seem easy. The to do list kept me on top of the process and in the loop. I went into this with reservations because of my age and they were all very supportive.

Not our first home, but our first home purchased using my VA eligibility. Started pre qualifications with a different lender and loan officer apparently decided we were not going to be an easy loan and didn’t even return calls. Reading reviews for best VA lenders, led me to highly rated for customer service, Veterans United. Experience was off the charts better.
