I was a first time home buyer and Veterans United led the way to reaching my goals.
This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. I feel the entire loan process was to appeal the mortgage lender and was not geared to help the veteran. I had to ask questions multiple times to get answers. Some questions went unanswered. buying a hose is stressful enough without constant increases in cash to close. Replacing the insurance company I have been with for over 20 years with an insurance company who provided no coverage for the buyer just the property because it would cost too much and the mortgage lender would not agree to it. I feel there was no effort to "Go to the mat" for the buyer. Just to close.

And their reps were easy to get in touch with and explained everything to us in an easy-to-understand way. We can't imagine what our mortgage experience would have been like if we had not been with Veterans United.
