If you’re in the new/ used home market, let United Veterans be your lender!! They know the program and have the resources to take care of you start to finish. Also, ask the difference between “lender’s” fee and “load origination” fees .

Look elsewhere. Yeah, I got my house but the process was frustrating. I don't know how this organization has a high satisfaction rating. I was not impressed.

John, Erin and Danielle were great. Kept in contact. Answered all my questions. Everything was done promptly. All three were very professional. It felt like they really cared about getting me a good deal.
Difficult to get a hold of anyone in a timely manner. This proved difficult for time sensitive items. Once cleared to close it appeared getting the paperwork to the title company no longer was a priority which delayed the closing by 3 days.

Did not close on time. Once the account manager (Zach) took it from the team it was done properly. If I didn't get mad, we would still not have closed.
Jimmy and his team were nothing short of amazing. From the beginning, I felt that they had my best interest whenever I communicated with them. Buying a new home was not something I was really looking at, but they made the entire process comfortable.

It seemed like the process could be considerably more streamlined. All of the possible contingencies have been run across before and should come as no surprise.
Over all Dane was very good to work with and I would recommend using him and Veteran’s United to other Vets.
The house is awesome.
