I only dropped from a 10 because of underwriting. My underwriter was changed twice after starting the process, and no information was exchanged between them. A lot of going over the same things over and over. Also would send clear messages to Jonathan, to which seemed like he didn’t even read my message, asking for something immediately, that I had just told him would be coming the following Monday, as an example. This happened a few times.
Very professional and patient team we had a lot of obstacles but they kept me motivated even when I was close to giving up because of all the frustration
