Veterans United made things easy and transparent. The website was easy to use and automatic alerts kept us aware of exactly where we were in the process through closing.
Kris and Kathy were both effective and responsive, genuinely looking out for my best interest I would highly recommend them to anyone able to use VA
Veteran United help me to get though the home buying easy. They are a great group of people.
Veterans United was a excellent choice for our home loan. My loan officer Matt Marstall and the entire team were great. We now have our forever home. I will recommend them to everyone!
Veterans United made the search and the process of buying my new home flow smoothly. From the first call it all fell into place and a month and a half later in a new homeowner!
Easy to work with. The whole experience was great. Thanks.
I would not recommend veterans United home loans to any future candidates. They wear a facade for most interactions and are manipulative. When confronted about unknown charges on the loan estimate, we were provided with vague descriptions. Good luck to any future home buyers that undertake the task of working with unempathetic and an uncaring company.

Give them an opportunity. Through previous reviews I decided to work with them and it was the best decision ever. I started the process in April and was looking to move by June 24th when my lease ended. Needless to say my loan closed 10 days prior to my lease ending.Billy is amazing and guided me through each step. Do your part and they will surely do theirs.
Thank you, I own my first home and it is because of Veterans United. Who knew that joining the Air Force in Los Angeles on the day of the Rodney King riot would at some point land me a home in Maryland. Life's mysteries I suppose.Thank you for the help and I look forward to working with Veterans United in the future.
