A issue with a document had arised which impacted the closing date which was moved three times,and the appraiser after repairs. Most of the issues from my perspective could have been brought up at a earlier time and earlier in the week instead of Thursday or Friday, when given a task on my "TO DO"list,I was on it immediately, I have a "you don't hunt, you don't eat" mindset, whenever I was sent out to hunt, I came back full. That was MY TEAM

This whole process was easy and stress free. I always felt like I was in good hands and didn’t have to worry about anything. I was supported throughout the whole process And any time I had a concern, I knew I could just call or text and get an answer quickly even on the weekend I wanted to put the offer in on my house.
Lack of communication. Only contact you when they need something, but when you have questions it's "let's get them off the phone asap". Made an $8000 "mistake" by "not clicking a button" before my loan ever started and then tried to fix it with a $1000 concession. Very pushy about when to lock in my rate even though it fell 3 days later to a 30 day low. Stay Away from these guys.
