The loan process involving the test needed was a bit cumbersome. We truly tried to stay on top of everything that was required, in a very timely manner and as thoroughly as possible. There was one point that frustration set in but we managed to make your underwriter happy and the loan closed.

The overall experience with VU was excellent. At the very beginning, we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Our journey took un into two states which required our loan agent to change. This occurred without any delay in our house hunting. When we found the house we wanted our VU team jumped though the hoops for us. If the truth be known, it was easier to purchase our home through VU than it was donating our boat to charity. Given the opportunity, we would use VU again. Best employees, made this very easy on me!The Repetitive portal things! sending the same thing over and over, then in email.Most of the “to do list” can’t not even submit so had to deny it. Or the information given was not even right, or been sent week prior. But still asked for it again over and over.There needs to be a way for ‘to do list” stuff , to leave a thing open with it so I can write comments or add attachment so I don’t have to explain what was just sent threw txt or email after uploading it, as well as leave it there so they don’t have to resend it next week just to uploaded same paper over and over or fill out the same thing over and over.
