Overall AMAZING service. We were pretty strapped for cash after all the closing costs were said and done so after we were almost finalized something came up and there had been a miscommunication somewhere and we owed $2500 more that we didn’t wire. Thankfully schandler and veterans united knew we had just moved in and everything and decided to pay that $2500 for us. I couldn’t thank them enough for all the help and servicing we got.
I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer. I have been trying to buy a home for quite a few years now, in different parts of the U. S. over a span of years, Veteran's United was there every step of the way and never once abandoned me, no matter how many times, for one reason or the other, the deal never came to fruition. It feels right that we landed at the home purchase together after such a long road, and over all, it was such a smooth, non bumpy road getting to the end of this home buying journey.
