I was never aware of the entire loan application process and only discovered at the time which documents and procedures were necessary. With that lack of awareness of ALL steps in the process, I was often surprised to find out that, despite completing a requirement in the morning leading me to believe that no immediate action was required from me, I would have new requirements appear in the afternoon. Additionally, there was rarely a clear explanation for why each step was required. Sometimes it was obvious but others, not so much.
I am so greatful that you guys are not just a company that looks at scores and recognizes situations. You view people like people and not a number or computer. I will be comming back to you guys for a second home. Mike Mange and his teammates was super. Mike sets the example for Veteransunited.
It was a lengthy process and somewhat frustrating. The repeatedly request for information and documents became very frustrating. Zach was great with reassuring me that things would work out and they did!
Would of liked a little more communication but over all on top of everything
