Added stress during an already stressful time. Took forever to get a closing date. When we got a closing date and time we didn’t have the amount to close until after 3 pm the day before to close. So we couldn’t wire money and luckily we were able to go to a local bank.

Closed on schedule, couple hiccups with paperwork but nothing that couldn’t be fixed by Aaron and the team. Second time using VU to buy a house virtually online and would do it again.

The majority of the home buying process with VU was excellent. However, the disparities between initial/final closing disclosure figures almost put me into a bind less than 24 hours from closing day. It could have delayed the sale entirely if either I did not have the funds immediately available or if the title company had requested a different method of payment. No one wants to be surprised on the afternoon before closing day and I should have gotten the final CD at least 72 hrs prior to closing day.
Such an easy process and experience.

If you want to have a wonderful experence buying a home I would recommend Veteran's. United. (This is very rare) . My wife and I will cherish this time we spent buying our new home.
