When I needed help finding a place, there was a dedicated Realty team.
When I needed help with the loan, there was a dedicated Finance team.
When it came to insurance, there were several individuals reaching out to me from separate teams.
Though the assurance that people want to help is good, it was confusing regarding who I should be talking to.Recommend a more intentional introduction with the concierge as the first step, followed by deliberate hand-offs between teams to ensure a continuum of customer care through each step of the home-buying process.
I wish there was a communication tool in MyVA, to talk to all of my team at once. There were a few times different members called for the same item.

I couldn’t be more happy with the help I received on buying my house. Between my Veterans United loan team and my realtor, Jayme, I got so much help throughout the process and understood what was happening at all times!
Over all, their miscommunication and lie cost me money and time but the deal got done. Mystle is pretty solid but as a team I wouldn’t not recommend real estate agent is great. Title company took care of me at the end and the lady was nice.The lie was not acceptable at all.
