Buying a home through Veterans United was the most easy process that I have ever experienced. I never thought that I would be in a position to buy a home in a beautiful state that I can grow a family in thank you Veterans United for making the process completely stress-free and for making my dreams come true.
I was not happy at all with the constant price change of the loan. The “no cost VA refinance” ended up taking a loan I owed 301k on and turned it into a 306k loan mind you the original loan was 305k. So I’m have my a hard time understanding how this was a no cost loan. Seems to me everyone got their money at my expense and I paid a bank 28k to only be negative 1k 14 months later. Quite the racket banks have so make sure it’s really worth your while before considering a “no cost refinance” with any bank. Rick is a great guy though and I don’t fault him for doing his job it’s not like my money went in his pocket just his big corporate bosses pockets.
The whole team was amazing, I honestly couldn't have asked for better. They were constantly ready and willing to answer any questions and help with what ever when ever, and did an amazing job breaking everything down and making everything easy to comprehend
Provided we had a little trouble toward the end with the closing documents, I have to say everything was pretty smooth sailing the whole way through. Everything was easy to understand and having the app made things even less complicated. It was overall a great experience.
Every interaction that I had with Veterans United was fantastic from the very first conversation I had with Ryan to all of his team helping me get through the tough stretch at the end it was a joy and I would highly recommend anybody to use the service.
If I could rate this team an 11, I would. Thank you all so much for everything, and hopefully we get the chance to work with you all again in the future!

I would say this misconception that a VA loan takes longer is wrong. My closing from start of bid to keys in my hands was pretty quick.
All parties involved made this process extremely smooth and successful. I will recommend in the future!
I never knew who I was working with and little to no explanation when things were changing and the underwriter was terrible
