Veterans United make me feel very importance. My loan officer was taking care of any questions and concerns that I have. It was like family celebrations event when I signed the closing loan. Thank you so much for great team.
Luke Turner is one of the best professionals that works at VU. He has defiantly made all possibilities of buying a house a easy task. I will recommend him to anyone buying a house.
This was my first home and Veterans United and associated staff made the process incredibly simple and fast. Thank you very much!
Working with Veterans United was the best decision I made to purchase my home. John Sullivan was very helpful. He took the time to explain every thing and and all my questions. It went so smoothly and in just a matter of a few weeks. Thank you so much, Veterans United.
The Veterans United Staff completely put me at ease from the very start. Their knowledge of the home buying process made my experience a worry free event. The advice given from day one helped me to understand what I would need to do to get the house my wife and I have been hoping for for a very long time. They are excited to help in any way possible. I totally recommend Veterans United to anyone looking to purchase a home.
We would have chosen another realtor had we not already found the property we wanted. Had we switched more than likely we would have lost it to the other family bidding. Though our realtor is very knowledgeable she failed to pull listings we desired even when given a wish list on more than one occasion. I understand having a good rapport requires some personal conversations but she seemed invasive at times and took many opportunities to what I felt like boast about her and her own families accomplishments and luxurious benefits. When the multi bid situation occurred I asked many questions and got vague answers. I know some info can't be revealed about the seller or the other bidding party but as a first-time home buyer I felt so isolated and alone. Once the offer was accepted we didn't hear from her until maybe a few days before closing. Even that day was weird... the closing agent was delayed yet our realtor asked us to go out of our way to make up for the other agents delay. During closing I felt rushed and pressured to sign each document. I did my best to understand and asked for an explanation when I couldn't quite grasp the subject. With the delay and rush factors I doubt our realtor was able to review any of the documents either. I was just kind of stumbling through as they had a casual conversation about anything but what was going on. Ither than that I am happy and thankful for the service provided by veterans united.
I would refrain from using abbreviations with home buyers. Take the time to say what ever acronym there is in order for us to feel more informed and less confused.
If you're a Vet, use veterans United. They're great, quick, and they make it ridiculously easy for you. Thought I didn't stand a chance for a home loan, they got me approved and got me amazing rates. Definitely the place for Vets. If I had to go through them again and do it all over, I wouldn't change a single decision by working with them.

We would highly recommend VUHL to anyone, and we have had the best service and attention to every detail! Our experience was so positive and gave us peace of mind as we took on our "adventure" with our relocation! Any veteran looking for a home loan should look no farther!
I was very fortunate to have Andrew Beckett and his team for my home loan transaction. My application, processing, and closing were handled quickly, efficiently and with a goal oriented mindset. Great job!
VU was awesome for us. The friendly staff, knowledgeable reps and the overall process made this the best home buying experience ever for us.
