Sarah Hill is a nine-time Emmy award winning reporter, former broadcast anchor and now begins her career as chief storyteller and social media pioneer for Veterans United Home Loans.
Sarah is married with two children. She enjoys running, collecting African art and playing practical jokes.
Sarah's reporting has taken her around the world. She's covered the aftermath of the 2004 tsunami in Sri Lanka and Indonesia and the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. She's also reported and produced documentaries on Vietnam and Guatemala. In 2008, she co-founded Central Missouri Honor Flight which flies terminally ill and aging veterans to Washington, DC.
Sarah was the first journalist to use a Google Plus Hangout in a television newscast. Sarah is the 45th most followed person in the United States on Google Plus, beating out former presidents, athletes and movie stars.
