Nicole is on top of everything. We could not be happier with her work.

Overall she was ok, but this was all new to me and I did not understand everything and a couple times she seemed impatient and short, making an already stressful situation worse. For example, I was talking to Julia about how the price of the payment went up, over $100 and she said that was Nicole's area and she would ask her to call me. Nicole texted me and said I already explained to you about buying down the interest rate and you said you did not want to do that, but I will be happy to explain it again. I did not realize that was the sole reason for the raise in the mortgage payment. There were other instances as well, that made me feel bad, not helping with an already stressful situation. But we did get the job done.
