Veterans United made my home buying experience very stress free. Anytime I had a question, it was answered extremely quick. The online to-do list made it easier for me to ensure I provided everything needed and made the process very smooth.

I closed on May 7,2024. I thought that my 1st mortgage payment would be due July 1, 2024 but I was told my 1st payment would be June 1, 2024. At closing

I am SO impressed with the VU team!! It's a daunting prospect to buy a house and they made it all very seamless for me. My work is demanding and everyone at VU kept me up to date on what was needed, and gave me enough time to get it done. I can't express my thanks enough!!!
I don’t think I’ve meet nicer people. Across the board. Everyone I talked to were so nice, I thought I was talking to AI when i first spoke to anyone. Haha
This truly was the worst experience I've ever had in obtaining a mortgage or any sort of loan. Alberto was about the most unprofessional loan officer that I have ever dealt with. Between numbers constantly changing, accusatory statements towards my company, constant requests for different documents that go back further than what should have been needed, dialogue with my girlfriend about my income that should have been a conversation with me first, then asking my third party accountant to send an e-mail confirming something I've already confirmed (which is illegal and unethical). I simply cannot express my disgust enough with this process. Luckily, James stepped in near the end after the many fumbles the MVU team made. The process was eventually complete after almost losing our new home due to a time factor caused by Alberto. But never again will I use MVU. I hope anyone who uses MVU has a better experience than what I had. Best of luck to everyone.
Jordan and his team did a fabulous job helping me as a first time homebuyer! The knowledge they hold in the services they provide is unmatched. I rarely needed to ask any additional questions because they were extremely thorough. If i did have any questions they were answered promptly. They are all amazing at what they do and you can tell they truly care about their clients! They made the loan process a breeze for me and helped me feel confident. I would recommend everyone to use them if the option is available.
