The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

The whole process went very good except the last few days
I got in contact with my loan officer over a year ago. At that time he explained to me what I needed to do in order to achieve my goals. I followed his instructions and worked my butt off to get there. When my final goals were met I called him and got the process moving forward. I am now a proud veteran homeowner. I called him quite a bit with questions about paperwork that was needed and he always had an answer for me and I feel he went the extra mile for me a few times to make this process as smooth as possible, over all I feel my home buying experience couldn't have gone smoother. Kerry was very helpful in finding properties to meet my needs and when we settled on one, she lined up all inspections and really made a stressful time stress free. Clint took the time to promptly respond to any questions I had weather through email or phone call and helped me have a clearer understanding of a complicated process and although I personally didn't need to rely on Michel for very much, he was always very pleasant and professional when we spoke and always seemed eager to help with anything i needed.
