I was scared, never had done anything like this before so as a first time potential homebuyer was definitely treading in uncharted territory! There is a problem at Veterans United and some of the staff. First, the ToDo list that I sent every document through was not checked thoroughly and I had to resubmit the same page several times. The closing documents frequently had the wrong information and when I asked about them, Robert only said he’d “fix” the problem, but didn’t explained why they wrong. There are too many issues to address and frankly, I doubt anyone will even read this or call me for further investigation. Plain and simple, Robert was unprofessional to us and our realtor. I hope that Robert finds a new job and quick so that no one else has to deal with his problems.
