We’re honored to work with former senior enlisted leaders from each branch of the Armed Forces. Our Military Advisors have made it their mission to educate Veterans about homeownership and the power of the VA Loan. As a Branch Partner, you have access to their knowledge and experience as Veterans to learn more about your customer.

MyVU

MyVU is an online portal where homebuyers can receive status updates on their loans, review and submit documents and conditions and service payments. It’s a complete interface that saves time, results in less confusion for the homebuyer and allows our teams to keep them updated every step of the way.

Every branch location has its own dedicated Regional Manager located at our home office. Our Regional Managers are here to assist your branch team in becoming the most efficient and effective team possible. Your Regional Manager is determined to help you bring on new hires, rush a file and offer general support in day-to-day operations.

Promotional Swag and Event Support

Connect with your homebuyer by sending a specially customized promo item, such as a barbecue set, a cozy blanket or a ball cap. Our promotional swag makes sure that your customers are thinking of the great service you provided, and you don’t have to deal with the vendors, shipment info or creation! We also offer support in event promotion and provide you with the resources you need to make events happen.
