Aaron grew up on a family dairy farm in northeast Missouri right on the Iowa/Missouri Border. After high school, he joined the Army National Guard while completing an AAS degree in electronics/technology, BA in Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration.

Currently, Aaron has over 26 years of service in the Army National Guard, and is still serving. The initial 15 years were enlisted as an MP, the latter years as an officer executing roles in Ordnance, Public Affairs, and Logistics. His experience in the civilian sector spans over 30 years of specialized experience in customer service, marketing, and operations management supporting major corporations.

Aaron still lives in Missouri with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending his free time with friends, working on home renovation projects, boating, biking, gaming, cooking, but most importantly, introducing his daughters to the world.
