Blair grew up in small town Missouri with a humble upbringing. He learned about hard work from a young age working for his father’s construction company with his brothers. Blair has been with Veterans United for the better part of a decade holding various positions throughout the company. He’s found a passion for helping military personnel and their families after marrying into a military family himself. He’s married to his wife, Peyton and they have two daughters, Demi and Hattie, as well as two small dogs, Hachi and Nash.

In his free time, Blair enjoys being a girl dad and cheering on his favorite sports teams: the Kansas City Chiefs, Nebraska Cornhuskers, and the Chicago Cubs as well as getting outside working in their garden.
