He also spent time as a professional poker player and dealer at the renowned Bellagio in Las Vegas, an experience that honed his strategic thinking, discipline, and people skills.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys life with his “pack of wolves” — his wife of 11 years and their son. Together, they love spending time outdoors, attending events, and hiking as a family. Brad also finds great fulfillment in volunteer coaching and making a positive impact on young athletes in his community.
