Kaci grew up in Knoxville, Iowa, home of the sprint car, where she spent weekends at the track with her dad. She began her career in the mortgage industry and earned her Associate’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Digital Crimes from Western Iowa Tech while working full time, strengthening both her technical and analytical skills.

After seven years in the mortgage industry, she moved to Los Angeles for a change of scenery. While there, she adopted a puppy, learned to surf, and embraced West Coast life, before eventually returning to the Midwest and joining Veterans United. With experience in both mortgage servicing and originations, she brings a well rounded understanding of the entire home loan process. Clients appreciate her knowledge, her approachability, and her dedication to making homeownership feel clear, smooth, and stress free.
