Kris Doran is a Loan Officer at Veterans United who specializes in VA loans, helping service members, Veterans, and their families navigate the path to homeownership. He focuses on keeping the process straightforward and easy to understand, so clients always know what to expect and feel comfortable moving forward.

Known for his approachable style and constant smile, Kris works to make what can feel like a stressful process a lot more manageable. He’s easy to talk to, quick to answer questions, and always takes the time to make sure everything makes sense - no pressure, no confusion.

Outside of work, Kris has a few long-term goals - some a little more traditional than others. One day, he’d love to own a bowling alley, possibly run for office, and continue finding ways to give back to his community. Until then, he’s focused on helping people get into homes… but don’t be surprised if your future loan officer also ends up hosting league night or on a ballot someday.

Kris is motivated by his wife and his black cat, Pepper - two constants that keep him grounded and remind him why helping people find a place to call home matters.
