Born in the Silicon Valley and growing up in Missouri, some say Petra sparked the exodus of California 20+ years ago. Prior to joining Veterans United a handful of years ago, he worked primarily in the manufacturing industry in training and management. It was in that world he decided his passion of teaching would offer a more personal benefit in helping others achieve homeownership. Whether we're in a good market or a 'bad' one, he'll be instrumental in keeping you educated on your VA loan benefit; and ultimately helping you navigate what's best for you.

When he's not talking mortgage, he's spending time with his wife of almost 10 years, Diana, and 2 young kids. Any expendable time is typically spent on his laundry list of DIY projects at home.
