Samantha Delissio is passionate about helping people feel confident and cared for throughout the home financing journey. Originally from Columbia, Missouri, Samantha graduated from the University of Missouri in 2013 and recently returned home after spending more than a decade living in Colorado.

Known for her approachable personality, strong communication, and relationship-focused mindset, Samantha loves building genuine connections with her clients and helping make the path to homeownership feel exciting instead of overwhelming. She believes every client deserves a personalized experience and guidance they can truly trust.

Outside of work, Samantha loves spending time with her husband, Zach, their daughter Addison, and their two dogs, Kacy and Carl. Whether it’s tailgating at Mizzou games, traveling throughout the US and abroad, tackling home improvement projects, golfing, or simply enjoying time outdoors with family and friends, she values creating meaningful memories and making the most of every season of life.
