I'm not an easy person to work with. I can't bring my phone to work and by the time I got off shift, they were closed for the day. I practically did everything through voicemails and texts. This proved to be of zero consequence because the VU team has an extremely easy UI/platform and they explained everything I needed to do in enough detail to where I never needed to call them. On top of all this I never worried about my loan throughout the entire process.

It would've been nice to have had a rate lock guarantee, where I could had a rate guarantee that I could have rates if they went lower. There are some banks that offer this.
