The process was great the only problem was with signing the paperwork for closing. My appointment was for 4pm and noone showed up till 5:23pm people time is important especially when you have to get to work. Fix this problem and you guys would be a 10

Their use of DocuSign, the educational videos, and your emails are first rate. Their emails are extremely well written; they convey the urgency of signing, and that is my responsibility, but they are not irritating. The VU website and whole digital aspect is well-designed and simple to use. I have a trust in Veterans United similar to my level of trust in USAA.

Information to pass on to the next veteran for helpful advice. Advise them while applying for a loan to NOT get new credit, make debts with any credit cards and don't touch anything that can affect your credit. Lesson learned.
