Great competitive rates. Received pre-approval letter in less than 48 hrs. Web site easy to use when uploading documents or checking loan status. Tried to close under 40 days but Veterans United wasn't able to process loan by requested close date. Veterans United required much more documentation than experienced with other lenders in the past.
I would definitely recommend VU as a company. They offer great rates and potentially great service when you get to talk to the right specialist. I personally was unfortunate to have Ben as my loan officer.
