Bottom line, my home buying experience was made difficult by the seller. The most stable influence that really kept my sanity in line was knowing that Brad specifically had my best interests in mind, and therefore my finances were squared away. He was super accessible at all times, so I felt no difference between working with him and hypothetically going through a local bank in my town.
