Jason Crone and Ashley Fuller were great to work with! They were very attentive and patient with my questions and always answered quickly, which meant a lot to my wife and I because home buying is pretty stressful. The “To Do” list also made it easy to grasp what needed to be done to get our loan approved quickly. I can’t think of a way to make that process easier.

Stephen and his team provided an outstanding home buying experience. This whole process can be overwhelming at times, but they were gracious and helpful every step of the way. The myvu portal provided a streamlined and organized access point for everything involved with the loan process. With a document database and personalized objectives, I had everything I needed in one place including information for setting up utilities and movers.





Lack of communication from my representatives. As first time homebuyers, we were not prepared or communicated with on what all we were reading. As it is not in typical wordage, it left a lot of confusion towards the end. When I did have a question, it took my representative a day or two or no answer at all at times. Good experience with Vetrans United as a whole. Poor communication.
