I cannot believe how easy working with my VU team was! I was so nervous about the home buying process (this was my first) and using my VA benefits. I loved my agent Brett and Canisha - however, the underwritting area was a nightmare. Often asking for items already submitted; continually coming back and asking for additional items instead of going all the way through the package and asking for the majority of items at one time there were additional requests each time they started to review.
Team was excellent. They were always on top of the process every step of the way, and maintained an efficient and effective communication channel. Highly recommend.
