It was so easy working with Veterans United on my home loan. There was great communication, and I loved the text feature because sometimes I wasn’t sure who would have the answer to my question. So I would just text the number, and the right person on the team would get back to me, never more than a couple hours later. They were helpful anytime I had issues with a realtor, and were always available to answer questions about listings when I wasn’t sure what the VA would and wouldn’t fund. They worked hard to help us find a home that met our needs in such a difficult market. I would highly recommend using Veterans United to any vet looking to buy a home!
Despite the fact that we had to interrupt our sale of our home until another season, and we knew very little about the state we were moving to, Veterans United made us feel completely taken care of.

Great customer service! Most everyone I spoke with was very helpful in answering questions as well as helping in finding the best solution to many challenges. I really appreciated that most Veterans United employees were vets themselves. I felt like each and everyone of them empathized with me as a veteran and appreciated my service.
