Now, while i cannot speak for any other company, I can say that VU made the entire loan process so simple and painless it was like auto pilot! You get your own Loan Concierge who walks you through everything from coordinating all the documents you will need, to insurance, and movers. They cover everything! I cannot say enough, they are outstanding!

At first I was skeptical about Veterans United. However, I knew retired (Lt.Col) and resident funny man Rob Riggle was on their side so I decided to give them a shot. One of the best decisions we have made. They found a way for me get my forever home and now lowering my rate...for free! (the lowering the rate part) For my previous loan I had a well known credit union handle it. Never again. I will be using Veterans United from here on out.

We used Veterans United with our first home loan, it went great. We were advised by VU to refinance with another lender and it went smooth and saved money. When the current lender was unwilling to refinance for a cash out I called up our VU loan officer from the first loan and got exactly what we wanted and more.
