I first picked up the phone to contact someone regarding the processing of Appling for a (VA) Loan, I received a call back from Mr. Brandon Crites and the most professional important process began and it has been outstanding. Best Loan Oficer ever!
VA gave us a chance when other lenders would not. We had a short sale less than two years ago and other lenders required a 24 month "seasoning period" in order to qualify. VA funded our loan after only 19 months since our short sale date!
