My Senior Loan Officer stopped communicating with me during the week before closing. He told me that he wouldn't send my package to underwriting and that I wouldn't qualify until some time in the future. He was contentious and not helpful.
The beginning and end were spectacular but I felt like I was kind of forgotten in the middle. We had a particular instance where a signature was required and was not brought to our attention until after the test expired causing us to pay for it again
