Every team member provided prompt, professional, and outstanding customer service from start to finish. They consistently went above and beyond to keep me informed, answer my questions, and make sure I felt supported every step of the way.This was by far the best home-buying experience I’ve ever had. The steps that are necessary to accomplish are laid out and clear to the borrower.
Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.

I like the checklist, however some items did not work well but Holly walked me through the things I had a hard time understanding.
Arlo and Anna were the greatest! I was very nervous about buying a home, and they made it easy all the way from the beginning to the end! They were very responsive to any questions and even though everything was done electronically I felt they could not have done anything else to make it such a great experience! I will tell everyone I know to give them a call!
Truthfully, just really long gaps between communication to and from the underwriter - to me it seems like there are too many cooks in the kitchen. Rachael was pleasant :)

Other than looking for the documents needed and the initial learning curve for the downloads the process went quickly for my circumstances.
Some clerical errors with the address, had to move the closing date a few times, other than that Toby and Lisa were very helpful.
