When comparing my experience with veterans united with my friends who have used other home loan companies, it’s insane how different the customer service is. They truly go above and beyond the norm!
Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I started with asking my my old officer if the current offer online was the best VU had. He said it was the best he had. I then went to comeptitors and informed him I found several with better rates. VU came back with an that only looked extremely strong at the start but got worse as the progress of my refinance went along.
Veterans united application and document platform make refinance easy. Excellent communication and knowledge throughout the process.

NOT TO BAD TO DEAL WITH BUT MANY THINGS TO DO ARE NOT PRESENTED TO YOU AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PROCESS. SEEMED LIKE YOU THINK YOU ARE DONE WITH PAPER WORK THEN MORE STUFF SHOWS UP.
